In the AC Córdoba Palacio hotel restaurant you can sample a gastronomic range that takes a modern perspective on traditional cuisine, designed by the award-winning chef Juanjo Ruiz (awarded Best Young Chef 2009). Chef’s Professional Profile
Juanjo Ruiz trained in the famous Escuela Superior de Hostelería, part of the Universidad de San Jorge in Seville and in the French Culinary Institute of New York. In 2009, he was awarded the prize for best young chef of the year. He also has extensive experience accrued throughout his professional career, acquired in well-known restaurants in Washington D.C., France, Barcelona, Seville, Córdoba and Santander, among others.
