Booking conditions:
· The 15% discount will be valid until 9 January 2011 and is applicable to all room types, Monday through Sunday. Offer does not apply to the following hotels: AC Palacio de Santa Ana, AC Padova, AC La Finca, AC Aravaca or AC Palacio del Carmen.
· Discount valid for prepaid reservations. To make such reservations, the guest is required to send the hotel documentation authorising the credit card or debit card charge, or receipt of bank transfer or travel agency voucher for the corresponding value, if such agency has credit.
· In Spain, the discount is applied to published sales rates for lodging only, VAT not included. In Italy and Portugal the discount is applied to published rates for lodging and breakfast, VAT included.
· The discount will be applied to the published sales rates for lodging only, and to lodging and breakfast in Italy and Portugal.
· The discount will be applied based on the sufficient advance notice between the date of the sale and the date of arrival.
· Prepayment of the reservation will be requested.
· Promotion applicable to a maximum of nine rooms per reservation.
· If the hotel has not received any proof of payment within 48 hours following the reservation, the published sales rate will be applied without the discount.
· Rates and conditions subject to availability.
· No cancellations or modifications admitted for reservations made with this promotion.
